I went to True Food with my 2 daughters and we had server Remy. He was outstanding!! He greeted us with a big smile and made a lot of great suggestions. The food was absolutely well-made, full of succulent flavor that permeated our palates. This restaurant has the absolute best food and is the epitome of True food!! You need to visit this restaurant and be sure to ask for Remy as he will guide you to ensure you have the best experience and most flavorful food! True Food is lucky to have sever Remy here as he is the epitome of excellent service and courtesy!!!

This place needs to be hyped up. The food is high quality and it’s delicious. My mom and I went for dinner and it was so empty which was so disappointing! Such great food and drinks. Our server Remy was absolutely amazing! Adding photos. Thank you Remy!

Great food and service. Our server Remy was awesome at explaining all the nuances that made their food different and fresher. Don't let the concept of farm to table make you belive this is mostly a vegetarian restaurant, quite the opposite. Their menu has a vast selection of dishes, including hamburgers, pizzas, different cuts of meats and fish. Since their menu is seasonal, you are guaranteed to get in-season fresh ingredients. The bar selection is also top notch.

Visited here for brunch with my friend . Nice opened atmosphere with good table spacing not over crowded and friendly servers. Our server Remy, particularly was very well oriented with the menu, super friendly and offered great suggestions. We ordered the spiked peach lemonade and it was a hit. The farmers market breakfast was very tasty and came with a side of a chili spicy sauce which gave it a nice kick albeit the portion is modest but a great choice no doubt and complemented it with the blueberry pancake which I personally wasn't totally sold on it but was actually good for it being a gluten free item on thier menu. Definitely will return to try their lunch and dinner menus. I highly recommend this restaurant at the Falls in Miami for the ambience,food selection and friendly atmosphere.

Amazing experience! Love the freshness of everything. Remy was very very attentive and thorough with explaining the concept of True Food as it was our first time experience. The freshness of everything from entree to drink good unmistakable. Even our pitcher of spiked peach lemonade was a very pleasant surprise as the peach juice is freshly made. We came for brunch and can’t wait to be back for lunch.

Iv been walking by this restaurant ever since its construction and I’m so glad I finally decided to try it. If you are like me, and are conscience about what you put into your body; this is the restaurant to eat at. The food is actually delicious and they have something for everyone, including kids! And best of all, no s33d oils. Ask to be seated with Remy or Rocio they are very friendly. The manager Scottie is super friendly and keeps everything top-notch.

We came for dinner and had OZ as our waiter he was superb customer service. He suggested all our plates and they we're on point. The meatloaf oh my. Great service from him as well. Thank you true Food for having such a jewel as our server.

We went over to True Food Kitchen, at The Falls for Brunch. And it did no disappoint! Feels like a hidden gem since I never see it get busy, but the food was delicious. We started with Refreshers, which were just that- refreshing! For our main, Avocado Toast and they loaded it up with boiled eggs (cooked perfectly), red peppers and even brought a salad. This beautifully stack Breakfast Burger and it brought seasoned Potatoes. And of course had to end it with their Black Coffee and no bake Coffee Cake. Everything was delicious, fresh and guilt free! Our serve was quick and efficient. There was no wait, we did go right as they opened, and everyone was very friendly. Love love loved it !
